• Install and maintain computer networks, CCTV systems, and network points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and CCTV issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team for network security.

Job Requirements

  • Base Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.
    • Diploma

    Skills & Tools:
    • Basic knowledge of computer networks and CCTV systems.

    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network and CCTV issues.

    • Familiarity with network hardware setup.

    • Technical support skills for end-users.

    • Understanding of organizational security standards.

    • Documentation proficiency for network configurations and procedures.

    • Awareness of emerging technologies in the field.

    • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

    • Effective communication for end-user training.

    • Adherence to health and safety protocols.

    Job Experience Required:
    1-2 years in network and CCTV installation and maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting Responsibilities (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

    • Highlight any issues encountered and the corresponding resolutions.
    • Report on the status of ongoing installations or maintenance tasks.
    • Document any changes made to network configurations.

    Weekly Reporting:
    • Summarize the week's network and CCTV activities, including installations and troubleshooting.
    • Outline progress made on ongoing projects and initiatives.
    • Report on any significant issues and their resolutions.
    • Provide updates on the status of network and CCTV security measures.
    • Highlight any recommendations for improvements or upgrades.

    Monthly Reporting:
    • Present a comprehensive overview of the month's network and CCTV operations.
    • Include detailed insights into network performance and CCTV system functionality.
    • Report on completed installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
    • Provide statistics on the resolution time for reported issues.
    • Include any notable achievements or milestones reached during the month.
    • Offer recommendations for continuous improvement in network and CCTV operations.
