Job Description:
The Supervisor – Electrical is responsible for disciplined on-site supervision and execution of electrical and critical power infrastructure projects including UPS systems, generators, ATS panels, LV panels, PDUs, and associated MEP coordination works. This role ensures installation accuracy, manpower productivity, safety enforcement, material discipline, and compliance with engineering standards. The position serves as the operational bridge between technicians and Site Engineers/Project Managers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects across Pakistan. Location: Head Office, Islamabad Travel Requirement: Candidate must be willing to travel to Project Sites nationwide as per business requirements.

Experience: 5–7 Years of relevant industry experience (Electrical Infrastructure / Data Center / Integrator Side)
Duties & Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Work Planning
Execute assigned electrical works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
Develop daily and weekly site work plans in coordination with Site Engineer.
Allocate manpower efficiently to meet milestone targets.
Ensure project activities align with defined timelines and sequencing plans.
Track daily progress and identify potential delays proactively.
Support commissioning preparation and system readiness.
2. Electrical Infrastructure Supervision
Supervise installation of LV Panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, UPS systems, PDUs, ATS, Generators, and synchronization panels.
Ensure proper cable tray installation, routing, segregation, and labeling.
Verify correct cable sizing, termination standards, lug crimping, and torque compliance.
Ensure grounding, bonding, and earthing installations meet design and safety standards.
Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, Fire Detection, BMS/SCADA, and Access Control teams to avoid clashes.
Maintain installation neatness suitable for data center white space standards.
3. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure installation compliance with IEC, NFPA, PEC, and applicable standards.
Implement internal QA/QC inspection checklists before reporting task completion.
Minimize rework through strict quality verification.
Support FAT/SAT readiness and pre-commissioning inspections.
Maintain installation records and quality documentation.
Assist in ISO and QEHS audit requirements at site level.
4. Material & Inventory Governance
Raise and track material requisitions via Odoo ERP.
Monitor material consumption vs BOQ quantities.
Prevent wastage, damage, or unauthorized usage.
Coordinate with procurement and store for timely supply.
Maintain daily material usage logs.
Support end-of-project reconciliation and surplus reporting.
5. Workforce Leadership & Performance Management
Supervise technicians, helpers, and subcontractor teams.
Monitor attendance and productivity levels.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
Identify skill gaps and recommend training.
Maintain discipline and professional conduct at site.
6. Risk & Safety Management
Enforce LOTO procedures and electrical isolation protocols.
Ensure strict PPE compliance.
Identify potential site risks and escalate timely.
Monitor safe cable pulling, lifting, and equipment handling.
Participate in incident reporting and corrective action implementation.
Ensure safe energization procedures during testing.
7. Testing & Commissioning Support
Assist in IR testing, continuity testing, and earthing resistance measurement.
Ensure installation readiness before inspection.
Coordinate rectification of punch points.
Support OEM engineers during commissioning.
Maintain testing logs and documentation.
8. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) through ERP.
Provide weekly milestone updates to Site Engineer.
Attend coordination meetings when required.
Report technical challenges and resource constraints.
Maintain proper documentation for client handover.

Reporting Responsibilities (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

Daily Reporting:
Daily Tasks:
• Own & Team’s Timesheets review & approval
• Report on the daily progress of IT infrastructure setup and deployment activities.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during the setup phase.
• Provide updates on the allocation and utilization of resources for various on-going tasks.
• Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to communicate real-time developments.
• Perform daily quality checks to ensure that the setup aligns with predefined standards.

Weekly Tasks:
• Summarize the milestones achieved in the weekly setup and deployment plan.
• Review resource allocation for the upcoming week to ensure efficiency.
• Provide an overview of project expenditures in coming week and close the previous week's adjustments with Finance Dept.
• Ensuring adherence to approved budgets
• Communicate progress, challenges, and potential modifications (If any) to the setup plan to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and address any potential risks that may impact on the Project's deployment timeline.

• Overall Progress: Present a comprehensive overview of the monthly progress of the On-going Project.
• Budget Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of monthly expenditure and propose adjustments if needed.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to meet the overall Project & organizational goals.
