- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Experience Required:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in MEP systems maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing MEP system issues.
- Install, assemble, and test MEP components and equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and follow maintenance schedules.
- Assist in conducting MEP system tests and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and hours worked.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of MEP supplies and equipment.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to complete MEP projects.
Reporting Responsibilities (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

Daily Reporting:
• Summarize tasks completed, issues encountered, and work progress.
Weekly Reporting:
• Compile a summary of weekly maintenance activities and inspections.
Monthly Reporting:
• Prepare a comprehensive report on maintenance performance and recommendations for improvement.
