Job Description:

• Install, inspect, and maintain fire detection and suppression systems.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure fire systems comply with safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
• Collaborate with team members to execute preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform system upgrades and recommend enhancements for optimal performance.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on fire safety equipment usage.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls for system repairs and maintenance.
• Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry codes, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to address specific system requirements.

  • Base Qualifications:
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Diploma
    • Certifications

    Skills & Tools:
    • Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.

    • Certification in Fire Alarm Systems or equivalent
    • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

    • Knowledge of relevant safety codes and regulations.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently and in a team.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergency responses.


    Job Experience Required:
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in fire system installation and maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting Responsibilities (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)

  • Daily Reporting:
    • Record and report on any fire system issues or alarms.
    • Detail actions taken for immediate problem resolution.
    • Document emergency response activities undertaken.

    Weekly Reporting:
    • Summarize preventive maintenance tasks completed.
    • Highlight trends in system performance and recommend improvements.
    • Report any identified safety concerns or potential risks.

    Monthly Reporting:
    • Provide a comprehensive overview of the month's activities.
    • Detail completed upgrades, installations, or system modifications.
    • Evaluate and suggest enhancements for ongoing efficiency.
    • Collaborate with team for continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations in the reports.
