Technical Expertise:
Proficient in server technologies (Windows Server, Linux, Unix).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Sales Acumen:
Strong understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in server/system management roles, with significant exposure to pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Management:
Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Monitor server performance, ensuring uptime, reliability, and scalability.
Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues efficiently.
Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and design server solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts for potential clients.
Prepare technical proposals, including hardware specifications, configurations, and pricing.
Engage with customers to build trust and address technical concerns during the sales process.
Post-Sales Responsibilities:
Lead deployment and implementation of server and system solutions for clients.
Provide training, documentation, and technical support to end-users and client IT teams.
Ensure successful project delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Leadership and Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including networking, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration of server solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
