Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.  OR
    • Diploma

    Position Type:
    • FULL-TIME
  • Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing from a recognized institute.

  • Certifications (Preferred): HSE training, HVAC certification, PEC registration.


Required experience:
  •  Minimum 3–8 years of hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and installation work.

    Core Competencies:

    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, electrical meters, and testing equipment.

    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, power distribution panels, and plumbing layouts.

    • Advanced troubleshooting and repair techniques across MEP domains.

    • Ability to lead small teams, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with deadlines.

    • Willingness to work in shifts and travel to various client sites as needed.

  • Duties & Responsibilities

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct advanced site inspections and submit detailed technical reports to management.

      • Assist in setting clear performance goals and supervising daily activities of junior technicians.

      • Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient execution of MEP operations at client locations.

      • Lead the preparation and submission of daily work reports and documentation.

      • Plan, assign, and monitor team activities to ensure effective project execution.

      • Act as a liaison between site teams and upper management, ensuring seamless communication.

      • Maintain updated logs of manpower, equipment usage, and tool distribution.

      • Investigate and resolve on-site technical issues and escalate where necessary.

      • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for material issuance and returns.

      • Receive and verify project inventory as per documentation standards.

      • Train and mentor junior staff on technical procedures and safety guidelines.

      • Monitor and report team productivity, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

      • Oversee fuel consumption and bike condition logs for field mobility.

      • Manage emergency material procurement when required, minimizing downtime.

      • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
