Technical Expertise:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the following systems:
- Chilled Water Systems: Centrifugal & reciprocating chillers, chilled water accessories, and control rooftop package units.
- Air Handling & Ventilation Systems: Air handling units (AHUs), variable air volume (VAV) systems, and smoke exhaust systems.
- Fresh Air Supply & Cooling Systems: Centralized cooling systems, VRV/VRF cooling systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervision & Operations Management:
- Oversee HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Assign and track work orders for technicians, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC system issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and critical spare parts.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for HVAC operations.
- Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all HVAC work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
- Train staff on proper HVAC procedures, including safety measures and regulatory compliance.
