Job Description:

The “Senior Supervisor – Electrical” will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial generators, electrical panels and other Electrical Equipment. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high operational efficiency to support the data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.
    • Diploma

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical) or related field

    ·         Strong organizational & leadership skills.

    ·         Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills

    ·         Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    ·         Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of technicians.

    ·         Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

    ·         Certification in generator maintenance and repair is a plus.

    ·         Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

    ·         The Candidate must be honest, obedient and hardworking.


    Required experience:

    ·         3-5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators and electrical panels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Your main job responsibilities are as follows:
    • Supervise and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial generators and electrical panels.
    • Oversee the inspection and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols for generators and electrical panels to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
    • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their power and electrical requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to generators and electrical panels in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards and best practices.
    • Monitor and manage inventory of parts and supplies necessary for maintenance and repair work.
    • Collaborate with the procurement department to source high-quality components and materials.
    • Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any incidents or issues.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide constructive feedback.
    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in generator and electrical panel systems.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
    • Participate in budget planning and manage expenditures related to maintenance and repair activities.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all maintenance and repair activities.

Reporting Responsibilities


  • Filling Timesheets, Provide a summary of daily maintenance and repair activities to the Operations Manager.

    Submit a detailed report on team performance, equipment status, and any critical issues to the Line Manager.

    Prepare a comprehensive report on overall maintenance activities, budget utilization, and compliance with safety standards for the Senior Management Team.
