Job Description:

The QEHS Manager will oversee and ensure the implementation and maintenance of integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 standards. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards across operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with QEHS regulations, and fostering safety & culture of quality excellence within Fortek Pvt ltd.

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.. o Certifications Preferred certifications: AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, MCSE, VCP, RHCE, or TOGAF


    Required experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; certifications in Quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, preferred.)

    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality management

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Integrated Management and ISO 9001 Compliance: 
    • Develop, implement, and maintain the integrated Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001. 
    • Conduct internal audits as a Lead Auditor to assess compliance with quality, OHS,EMS, standards and identify areas for improvement.
    • Establish Q&EHS policies, processes, and objectives, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organization.
    • Monitor and ensure IMS implementation, including HIRA, Incident management, • MOC, document control, corrective action implementation, and preventive • measures.
    • Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction by maintaining product and service excellence.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards (ISO 14001, • ISO 45001) and other relevant regulations.
    • Prepare and submit reports required by regulatory authorities and management. 
    • Lead and mentor the QEHS team to drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

    • Provide training to enhance awareness of quality standards, risk assessments, and health & safety protocols.

    • Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential quality and

    • safety risks.

    • Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a safe and compliant work environment

Reporting Responsibilities


  • The selected engineer will report regularly to management regarding client issues, resolutions, and ongoing concerns. Weekly performance reports must be submitted, outlining technical support activities and any escalations handled. Coordination with senior engineers for advanced troubleshooting and resolution tracking is also expected.
