Job Description:
As the Quality Management System (QMS) / Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's Quality Management System and Environmental Health and Safety programs. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability within the organization.

Key qualifications:
- Experience in QMS implementation according to ISO standards, including auditing and corrective actions.

- Knowledge of EHS regulations and experience in policy implementation.
- Familiarity with document control software, data analysis tools, and EHS management systems.
Skills & Tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- 2-3 years of QMS implementation experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
Coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and drive corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Manage document control processes, including document creation, review, approval, distribution, and revision.
Provide training to employees on QMS policies, procedures, and requirements.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance overall quality.
Oversee the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program, including developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement measures to mitigate health and safety risks in the workplace.
Coordinate incident investigations and ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and accidents.
Prepare reports and presentations on QMS and EHS performance for management review.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in Quality Management Systems implementation and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and experience with internal and external auditing processes.
Strong understanding of Environmental Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reporting Responsibilities

Daily Reporting:
Report incidents and monitor document control processes.
Conduct daily EHS inspections and assessments.
Weekly Reporting:
Compile and analyze quality metrics.
Track audit findings and corrective actions.
Provide updates on training activities.
Monthly Reporting:
Prepare management reports on QMS and EHS performance.
Review compliance with ISO standards and EHS regulations.
Recommend improvements based on monthly analysis.
