Job Description:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Preparation of payroll (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Maintain personal file of all employees.
Process final Settlement of resigned employee.
Conduct Exit Interview and signing other required documents from departing employee.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.  OR

    Position Type:

    Good Usage of Ms. Word and Ms. Excel.

    Required experience:

    1 to 3 Years Experience Required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  

    Assist with day to day operations of the Admin functions and duties.  
    Compile and update various Agreements records (hard and soft copies).
    Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
    Coordinate Admin projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
    Deal with employee requests regarding Admin issues, rules, and regulations.

    Properly handle administrative complaints and grievance procedures.
    Collect all equipment & other returnable documents from departing employee.

    Conduct initial orientation regarding Admin to newly hired employees and issue necessary equipment / Documents. 

    Any other task assigned by the management
