Senior Manager-Networks (Active)

--Fortek Pvt Ltd.--

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Senior Manager – Networks (Active) to lead our Networks domain within a high-growth ICT Infrastructure Design & Integration environment. This is a senior technology leadership position that goes well beyond individual technical execution: the role provides strategic direction, architectural governance, and operational accountability across Data Center active networking, enterprise LAN/WAN, network security, SD-WAN, and Managed Services/SLA portfolios. The Senior Manager serves as the highest technical authority within the Networks (Active) domain, leading Managers, Senior Engineers, and technical resources while engaging directly with C-level and IT leadership stakeholders on behalf of the organization.

The successful candidate will own the Networks (Active) function end-to-end — from technology strategy and multi-vendor architecture through major technical presales, complex project program oversight, SLA/AMC/CMC service governance, and team capability development. Operating on the vendor/system-integrator side, this role demands the rare combination of deep technical credibility, strategic commercial acumen, executive communication capability, and a demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performance network engineering teams. This is a career-defining opportunity for a senior professional ready to own a domain, shape its roadmap, and drive measurable business impact.
