Job Description:

To be successful as an Executive Technical & Projects, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing Executive Technical & Projects should organize functional team and develop & execute various project deliverables. Coordinate with clients, intra-department and subcontractors to ensure optimal level of client satisfaction. He should be able to perform with minimal supervision.

    Job Experience Required:

    Fresh graduate 

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

    • Overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising staff

    • Coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project.

    • Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits.

    • Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project.

    • Managing team members to ensure that they are working effectively toward the project’s goals.

    • Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, BOQ, schedules, and budgets for accuracy.

    • Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

    • Developing a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives.

    • Monitoring performance metrics

    • Provide work direction and participate in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electronic, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications & networking equipment.

    • Enforces safety policies and recommends changes to meet safety standards and laws.  Inspects, identifies, and assists to correct unsafe conditions, ensures safety procedures are followed, and reports workplace incidents.

    • Assists staff to complete assigned duties, which may include scheduling work, making work assignments, and recommending personnel actions.

    • Train employees (employee enablement).
