Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field. OR
Position Type:

Basic knowledge of inventory control principles, logistics processes, and supply chain management.
Experience in vendor management & rider's management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of applicable tools and equipment.
Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
The Candidate must be honest, obedient and hardworking.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Officer - Inventory & Logistics, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, inventory at office and project sites, logistics operations, rider management, and ensuring efficient flow of materials and products throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for office and project sites.
- Coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Logistics Operations:
- Plan and optimize transportation routes for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transportation companies for efficient logistics.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process.
- Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and terms for material procurement.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to agreements.
- Rider's Management:
- Supervise riders and allocate resources for delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide training and guidance to riders as needed.
- Other Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices for inventory and logistics management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager.
Reporting Responsibilities
