Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager-IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing tenders, handling sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and distributors, oversee the entire sales cycle, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.  OR

    Position Type:
    • FULL-TIME
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Proven experience in technology sales

    Client Relationships
    Tender Management
    Familiarity with sales and marketing tools


    Required experience:

    ·      5-7 years’ experience in marketing or sales specifically in IT Industry (Technology Sales)

    ·       Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. 

    ·       Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. 

    ·      Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. 

    ·       The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. 

    ·       Ability to work under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities

                                                                              • Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales.
                                                                              • Generate new sales opportunities through various channels and techniques.
                                                                              • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
                                                                              • Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and industry events.
                                                                              • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals in response to client requests.
                                                                              • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders
                                                                              • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed sales and projects.
                                                                              • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
                                                                              • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
                                                                              • Address customer inquiries and issues with a solution-oriented approach.
                                                                              • Liaise with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and project management, to ensure successful       delivery of client projects.
                                                                              • Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to optimize sales efforts and project execution.
