Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.  OR

    Position Type:
    • FULL-TIME
    • Expertise in Datacenter Spine-Leaf architecture.

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    • Hands-on with PRTG and DCIM monitoring tools.

    • Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.


    Required experience:
    • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Datacenter and Network Management.

    • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network design.

    • Practical experience with multi-vendor devices and monitoring tools.


      Preferred Certifications:

      • Cisco: CCNA / CCNP

      • Huawei: HCIA / HCIP

      • Fortinet: NSE Certifications

      • Any relevant Datacenter/Network Security certifications

Duties & Responsibilities

  • 1. Datacenter & Network Management

    • Manage and support Tier 3 Spine-Leaf Datacenter and Campus Networks.

    • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot core, aggregation, and access switches, routers, and firewalls.

    • Ensure network high availability, scalability, and secure connectivity.

    • Implement DCIM solutions for datacenter monitoring and reporting.

    2. Multi-Vendor Infrastructure Administration

    • Work extensively with Huawei, H3C, Cisco, Ruijie, TP-Link, Fortinet, D-Link, Mikrotik, Hikvision, and Fortinet Firewalls.

    • Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance for network devices.

    • Manage integration and interoperability across multi-vendor systems.

    3. IT Operations & Support

    • Oversee and maintain office networking infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).

    • Administer and troubleshoot IT equipment including printers, scanners, IP cameras, telephone exchange systems, and wireless access points.

    • Provide day-to-day technical support and resolve client/employee queries in a timely manner.

    • Maintain asset records, licenses, and IT documentation.

    4. Monitoring & Performance Management

    • Implement and maintain PRTG for real-time network monitoring and incident management.

    • Optimize network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks.

    • Generate periodic reports on IT and network health for management review.

    5. Security & Compliance

    • Ensure firewall management, security policies, and access controls are effectively implemented.

    • Assist in IT compliance, audits, and disaster recovery planning.

    • Enforce cybersecurity best practices across IT infrastructure.

    6. Team & Vendor Coordination

    • Provide guidance and technical support to junior IT staff.

    • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, upgrades, and support services.

    • Participate in IT-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
