Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – UI/UX, Graphics Design & Digital Marketing will serve as the creative and design backbone for Fortek Private Limited and its allied ventures. This role is pivotal in driving visual identity, digital presence, and marketing engagement through innovative design solutions and UI/UX excellence.

The incumbent will manage end-to-end creative requirements across departments — from digital and print designs to social media, website UI/UX, branding, event coverage, and marketing campaigns — ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all entities.

Job Requirements

  • Key Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT or Business field.  OR
    • Master Degree
    • Graduate

  • Skills & Tools:

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Computer Science, or Fine Arts.

    ·         Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or Design will be an added advantage.

    ·         Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

    ·         Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

    ·         Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS).

    ·         Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.

    ·         Excellent aesthetic judgment, Creative mindset with attention to detail, typography, and composition.

    ·         Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration.

    ·         Photography and video editing skills for event coverage and digital content creation.

    ·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media Analytics, and Content Marketing


    Required experience:

    4–6 years of progressive experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design, preferably within the ICT, Software, or Technology Integration industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Graphics Design & Branding

    ·         Develop and execute creative design solutions for digital and print media including brochures, corporate profiles, presentations, proposals, posters, and marketing collateral.

    ·         Ensure brand identity consistency across all platforms by maintaining and updating the Design Standardization Book.

    ·         Manage all printables and consumables (banners, backdrops, marketing materials, stationery) in line with brand guidelines.

    ·         Design compelling visuals for events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.

    2. UI/UX Design & Digital Presence

    ·         Conceptualize and design user-centric interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile apps, and internal CMS platforms.

    ·         Collaborate with software and development teams to optimize design layouts, information flow, and usability.

    ·         Continually improve and maintain company websites ensuring responsiveness and modern design standards.

    ·         Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to refine digital interfaces and enhance customer experience.

    3. Marketing & Communication

    ·         Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and professional forums to boost visibility and engagement.

    ·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing initiatives that drive online and physical sales.

    ·         Plan and manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely rollout of campaigns aligned with company objectives.

    ·         Maintain and update marketing content for websites, newsletters, and digital channels.

    4. Event Coverage & Promotions

    ·         Plan and execute coverage of corporate events, project inaugurations, and exhibitions at national and international levels.

    ·         Capture photo and video content for digital marketing, documentation, and promotional use.

    ·         Coordinate with PR and external media agencies for content amplification and event visibility.

    5. Standardization & Creative Strategy

    ·         Establish a unified visual identity system.

    ·         Create a Design & Brand Manual that includes typography, colour palettes, templates, and design assets for internal and external communication.

    ·         Collaborate with management to evolve creative direction in line with emerging trends and technologies in ICT, design, and marketing.

Reporting Responsibilities


  • Daily Tasks:
    • Design and deliver creative materials requested by departments.
    • Update social media posts and monitor engagement metrics.
    • Coordinate with developers on UI/UX updates.
    • Manage design-related requests and ensure brand alignment.

    Weekly Tasks:
    • Review website content and visuals for improvement.
    • Plan and execute weekly social media and marketing campaigns.
    • Attend coordination meetings with HR, Admin, and Project Teams for upcoming design and marketing needs.
    • Capture and edit visuals for internal and external communication.

    Monthly Tasks:
    • Prepare performance analytics for marketing campaigns and social media growth.
    • Plan event coverage and seasonal campaigns (product launches, seminars, etc.).
    • Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials and consumables.
    • Present creative strategy updates and insights to management.
